Services turnover index, in nominal terms and adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, presented a year-on-year change rate of 0.0%, down by 0.2 percentage points (p.p.) from the rate observed in August 2023.

In the 3rd quarter of 2023, the index registered an increase of 1.3% compared to the same period in 2022 (5,9% in the previous quarter).

The month-on-month change rate of the total index was 0.2% in September (-0.1% in previous period).

The indices of employment, wages and salaries and number of hours worked adjusted of calendar effects presented year-on-year change rates of 3.0 %, 8.4% and 1.8%, respectively (compared to 3.6%, 9.9% and 2.1% in August).
