Summary
In January 2011, hotel activity registered 1.6 million overnight stays, representing a year-on-year downturn of 1.4%. Non residents, which represented more than 60% of the total, registered a growth of 0.8% while non residents had a decrease of 4.5%. 
Total income from hotel activity reached EUR 75.2 million and income from hotel occupancy EUR 49.1 million, corresponding to decreases of 6.8% and 5.2%, respectively.
