Summary
In February, the average value of housing bank evaluation in Portugal stood at €1139/sq. meter, up by 0.5% from January. Comparing with the same month of the previous year, the average value decreased by 2.8%. From January, the average value decreased by 0.1% in the Lisboa Metropolitan Area and grew 0.8% in the Porto Metropolitan Area. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -3.2% and -4.8%, respectively.
