The year-on-year change rate of the Industrial Production Prices Index was -4.1% in September (-3.2% in the previous month). Excluding the Energy grouping, the index increased by 0.2% (0.1% in August). The monthly change rate of the aggregate index was -1.1% (-0.1% in September 2014).
In the 3th quarter 2015, the year-on-year change rate of the total index was -3.3% (-2.0% in the previous quarter).
