The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal registered a year-on-year change rate of 1.9% (0.5% in July), this value stood at €1032/sq meter in August. Compared to the previous month, the average value increased €13/sq, corresponding to a monthly variation of 1.3% (the same observed in July). The Metropolitan Areas of Lisboa and Porto with average values of €1239/sq meter and €965/sq meter showed monthly variations of 1.5% and 1.3%, respectively.
