October 2025 (provisional estimates):

• The unemployment rate stood at 5.9%, down from September 2025 (0.1 pp) and from October 2024 (0.7 pp) and equal to July 2025.

• The labour underutilisation rate was estimated at 10.1%, down from the previous month and from the same month of 2024 (0.1 pp and 0.9 pp, respectively) and equal to three months before.

• In October 2025, the unemployment rate for men (5.2%) reached its lowest value in the last 10 years.
