The tourist accommodation sector accounted for 2.2 million guests (+0.8%) and 5.1 million overnight stays (+1.0%) in November 2025, resulting in a total revenue of EUR 393.5 million and EUR 289.3 million in revenue from accommodation (+2.1% and +1.5%, respectively).
The increase in the number of overnight stays was due to both residents, whose overnight stays rose by 1.4% (+5.8% in October) to 1.7 million, and non-residents, whose overnight stays increased by 0.8% (+1.0% in October) to 3.4 million.
Among the top 10 inbound markets in terms of overnight stays in November, the Canadian market stood out with a 14.8% increase. The largest decline was observed in the French market (-10.5%).
In November, the revenue per available room (RevPAR) was EUR 47.1 (-2.2%), while the average daily rate (ADR) stood at EUR 97.8 (-0.1%). This represents the second decline in RevPAR and ADR this year, following the first decrease observed in March, which was influenced by calendar effects associated with the Easter period.
