The average value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,321 per square meter in December, €9 more than in the previous month. This represents a 0.7% increase when compared with November, and a year-on-year growth rate of 8.3%.
In 2019, the average value of housing bank appraisals was €1,286 per square meter, up by 7.9% when compared with the result observed in the previous year.
